for an Internationally Operating Pharmaceutical Company Located near to Atlanta, Georgia USA

  • She is a market leader in the field of Transfusion medicine.
  • She is a leading provider of blood packs, instrumentation and ancillary products to the Transfusion market.

For our subsidiary based near to Atlanta, Georgia USA, we are seeking a:

COUNTRY MANAGER

Due to expansion of our business especially with the biotherapy division, the business requires an experienced country manager level individual to help drive growth for the American entity. You will use your high level of relationship to help set the current structure to develop sales growth. You are in charge to adapt and apply the strategy in order to meet with the objectives.

We are seeking someone who will identify with and maintain the company philosophy and values. We are looking for a Manager who can inspire a team and promote our innovative products with a positive personality and professional expertise. Experience of selling and management within the medical device market is preferable. Key responsibilities include go-to-market strategy, team leadership and talent management. The ideal candidate will be based in or near to Atlanta with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the role.

 

WE ARE EXPECTING FROM YOU:

  • Business Development:
    • Own and execute the global business strategy
    • Professional experience in sales, preferably within the biotherapy business or medical devices market
    • The ability to analyze, understand and meet with the needs of our key customers including clinicians, scientists, quality, processing and procurement managers
  • Management and team leadership:
    • Attract and inspire talent.
    • Align the organizational structure and processes with the business and marketing strategy, and ensure the capacity to deliver sustainable business growth.
    • An ability to work with and communicate at all levels of the company
    •  Lead and manage the current team in combining office presence and business travels to key customers.
  • Finance:
    • Experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial control
    • P&L management and responsible of budgets achievement
