Life at Macopharma

Recruitment

After receiving and analysing your resume, we proceed to a pre-qualification by contacting the selected candidates by phone. Then, we invite you to take either a dexterity test (for production) or a digital personality test (for managers/employees). 

Next is the interview with human resources manager and the team manager. Depending on the position, employees/executives may have an additional interview with another manager of the relevant team or a team member. 

Following these interviews, you will be systematically contacted again whether your application is successful or not. If you are hired, you will be exposed to the various processes within the company and you will participate to our onboarding journey from the day you arrive. 

Onboarding

We think that recruitment can only be considered as successful if the integration is successful ! Therefore, we accompany our newcomers in their first steps by offering an onboarding program combining digital modules, encounters, training sessions and collective moments

Training

Because we know that well-trained employees are more productive, we devote substantial resources to learning and development. Whether in a traditional format or through our own e-learning platform Maco Online, we expand our training offer each year for the whole Group.

We instill a new dynamic of appropriation of collaborative tools to unleash creativity, unlock productivity and improve skills.

Our expertise is based on an initial diagnosis, which enables us to take stock of malfunctions and prioritize actions to be taken.
Before implementing any solutions, we optimize and standardize business processes to ensure better management and a better understanding of data, enabling processes to be more agile and efficient.

SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE

To serve our customers and our markets, Macopharma is active on the 5 continents and distributes its products in more than 80 countries. Our commercial and technical teams in the field are distinguished by their proximity and by the attention paid to the specific needs of each of our customers. In addition to selling our products, they work to establish a true partnership relationship in order to define together the most appropriate solutions to serve customers and support patients.
